Alpine Dinner London

banner Milchkalbstafelspitz im See Restaurant Saag

is conceived as a gourmet evening at which top Austrian chefs present the new character
of the Austrian culinary world in cooperation with wine growers and food producers;
a spectacular kick-off, and an important piece of the mosaic that is international culinary
marketing and effective public relations.

London was selected as an apt location for the event, not least because it is also the city where
the world’s top restaurants are named every year. And what better venue than THE MAGAZINE
RESTAURANT in Kensington Gardens, one of London’s design hotspots, a fantastic setting that
simultaneously symbolizes the modern, innovative goals of Austria’s top young chefs.

This particular restaurant conceived by Zaha Hadid also provides an emotional bridge to the
Alps: Winner of the Pritzker Prize (essentially the Nobel Prize for architecture), not only is she
regarded as the best architect worldwide, she was also highly successful in Austria, having
designed the Bergisel ski jump as well as the no less impressive Hungerburg in Innsbruck.
Furthermore, for vintner Leo Hillinger she designed his exclusive Icon Hill line.
