CompletedFrom the usual grilled ones, served with brown sauce, rullupylsa (sausage made of rolled mutton) which usually eaten with rugbreyð (Faroese style rye bread), ræstkjøt (Faroe dry-aged meat) which served with boiled potatoes to SKERPIKJØT which is 6-9 months air dried, fermented lamb and characterized by a very distinct taste (and smell). The last one is my favourite.
