VISIONARY VEGETARIAN
Vegetarians seem to have a rough deal when it comes to meal choices.
Whether it’s at dinner parties or dining out, the usual pastas and stuffed vegetables appear everytime.
So we were inspired to create this challenge!
Nice and simple, all we want you to do is:
1 - Create an imaginative dish that will WOW vegetarian guests.
2 - Plate this up in a fabulously photogenic way.
3 - Share the love (and the recipe!)
