I am Chef Zaid from Syria, Syria, the heart of the Middle East and the birthplace of the barns. I grew up in a community characterized by a large and ancient cuisine. I inherited my love from cooking and hospitality and increased my experience to many countries in Asia, Europe and Africa. , My experience spanning more than ten years has gained me more knowledge of proper cooking principles and ways to preserve flavors and nutrients with the original taste.
In short, good food is a message that carries many meanings. I am a chef and the oldest good food. This means that I offer love, happiness, and the oldest smile and health, the oldest who is worthy perfect of a long career as a culinary profession.
At the gourmet table, the dish is at the highest level it deserves, so this leads me to more diligence and tenderness to be a first-class class five-star.
When I decided to walk in the culinary profession, I decided to start from the old traditional kitchen, so I tried to go back as far as possible to the past, and discovered that we were losing time with the real taste and that with the introduction of technology that separated the feeling of food, Mixed with feelings and love because I mastered the ancient way of traditional cooking that preserves the true shape of the dish.
