I was born in 1992, in Florence in Italy. since I was a child I have worked in restaurants, because my father has been a restaurateur for over 40 years. I became passionate about cooking and especially about the pizzeria in 2012, the year I started working in front of the pizza oven and I had no chance to get away from it. I love my job and I love to compete in the world of pizza. I specialize in gluten-free pizza, where together with my team we won the world championship. I work at Pizzaman Italia restaurants and I am a consultant for the Pizza Firenze Franchising. Since 2019 I have been collaborating with Italian Dining Summit as coordinator of "IDS World of Pizza".
